Bellbrook-Sugarcreek School’s Hall of Fame Nomination Form

Selection Criteria:

FOR GRADUATES OF BELLBROOK HIGH SCHOOL--significant or outstanding achievement as a student or a contribution in vocation pursuits, community or governmental affairs, philanthropic endeavor, meritorious recognition for some action taken or provided.

FOR FORMER STAFF OR COMMUNITY CITIZENS--extraordinary service to the Bellbrook-Sugarcreek Schools, and/or served as an extraordinary example to others. Nominations may be received at any time and are kept in the permanent file for consideration in the future. Nominations should be received by March 1 for consideration of enshrinement in the current cycle.
